      Yuan's Turbocharger Trading Company was established in Nanchang, Jiangxi, focusing on the sales and local maintenance services of domestic truck and construction machinery turbochargers.

    • 2004

      Established partnerships with repair shops around Nanchang, began accumulating customer resources, and started sourcing parts from Jiangsu and Liaoning, creating basic procurement channels.

    • 2005

      Expanded the accessory display area, increasing the variety of products from a single model to over 100 commonly used models. The store's revenue grew by 60% compared to the previous year.

      Purchased the first dynamic balancing equipment, enabling more professional rotor shaft testing and repair services.

    • 2007

      Became a fixed supplier of parts for several diesel vehicle repair shops and started offering refurbishment services, completing over 200 repairs annually.

      Participated in the National Auto Parts Exhibition for the first time, gaining exposure to national parts channels and establishing cross-regional parts transfer partnerships.

      Officially registered and established Jiangxi Tengchuan Trading Co., Ltd., transitioning the original trading business into a corporate entity. The scope expanded to mechanical parts, turbocharger assemblies, truck parts, and more. Became agents and distributors for international brands like Cummins, Isuzu, Shell, Dayco, Perkins, and others.

      Established a long-term production and sales partnership with a factory in Jiangsu, focusing on developing specialized models for construction machinery. The first small batch export to Southeast Asia took place.

      Expanded to a 400㎡ independent warehouse in Nanchang, introduced a barcode-based warehouse system, and the annual shipment volume surpassed 10,000 units.

    • 2018

      Started product coding standardization, with unified naming and model identification methods. Built a photo database for customers to access and compare products; initiated plans to set up a production collaboration plant in Jiangsu, progressively laying out a proprietary supply chain for the brand.

    • 2019

      Turbocharger products were exported to Vietnam, the Philippines, Malaysia, and other countries, with total exports exceeding 3,000 units for the year. The Jiangsu partner factory completed the first assembly production line, establishing basic OEM capabilities.

      Despite the impact of the pandemic, the supply chain remained stable, achieving a 20% growth in sales. Set up an online customer service team to provide around-the-clock quotations and product matching consultations.

    • 2021

      Registered an overseas brand and entered Alibaba International Station. Added generator set and marine turbocharger product lines. Established a component processing center in Liaoning for machining impellers and housings.

    • 2022

      Accumulated a customer base in the Middle East and South Asia. The Jiangsu and Liaoning factories expanded to multiple independent workshops, achieving batch processing and custom manufacturing capabilities.

      On March 27th, Jiangxi Donaldson Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. was officially established, spinning off from Tengchuan Trading to focus on turbocharger export sales, international trade, and brand development. From April to December 2023, an independent foreign trade team was established, and an English website was developed to fully enter the overseas market. The company exported to over 40 countries by the end of the year. Collaborated with Jiangsu and Liaoning factories to establish an "Export Production Linked Plan," ensuring stable supply and custom orders. As the international trade window, the company focused on exporting mid-to-high-end turbocharger parts and components, advancing its global brand strategy. Also planned the construction of an independent production workshop in Jiangsu to improve OEM capacity and delivery control.

      Founded Hengchuang Lubricating Oil Co., Ltd. to enter the turbocharger lubrication oil market, enhancing the upstream and downstream product supply chain. Established a quality testing system and packaging line at its self-operated factory. Built a professional lubricating oil sales team to serve secondary channel customers across Jiangxi province. Participated in multiple overseas marketing events, including the Saudi (Riyadh) Construction Machinery Parts Exhibition, the Moscow Auto Parts Exhibition, the Xiamen International Construction Machinery Exhibition, and a visit to Uzbekistan for direct customer engagement.

      Founded Jiangxi Yinglong Turbocharger Trading Co., Ltd., focusing on the development, manufacturing, and export sales of turbochargers for the global aftermarket. The products are widely used in construction machinery, passenger cars, generator sets, marine power, agricultural machinery, and other industries, with a focus on providing professional turbocharging solutions across multiple industries and platforms.
