Design and development of quality control
The boost of the DNSIMPETUS turbocharger is calibrated to have the perfect balance between effectiveness and lifespan. To avoid under or over boosting, the turbochargers are calibrated for accurate boost and pressure settings.
Production process quality control
Through training staff to increase their individual awareness so as to encourage the discovery of inferior products and therefore eliminate these items before they reach the production line process. Whereas the porduction area makes full use of the 'anti-error' technology, visual inspection serves to reduce the possibility of error during this quality control phase.
Shipping process quality control
In the product shipping process, in addition to the normal product testing, refinement of the product protection, transport methods for standardized control have been implemented to prevent the failures in the shipping processing phase
